Questions on a turbocoupe - 12-05-03, 04:48 PM

I found a 86tc for sale in my area but dont know if it is a Auto or stick, the guy is asking 650 for it but says it dont run. Would it be worth buying? and what are the stats for that year of tc?

mmm, its debateable wether its worth 650, what do u plan on doing with it? if your just pulling the motor and computer, i would say no its not worth it. Stick of a 86' had 175hp, 87-88 = 190hp. though the 86 could easily make more than the 87-88 with an intercooler and boost turned up.

I just sold a nice running 87 TC for $650.00 and bought an
88 TC 5spd. last week the that runs (like crap,owner had it pegged
needing a fuel press.reg.)for $200.00
I'd look around at NATO,Turboford..be patient..the deals are
there..you just have to be in the right place at the right time.
