Question 2002 S281 S/C in a 95 Thunderbird?? - 12-11-03, 04:34 AM

I am purchasing a 2002 S281 S/C to place in a 95 4.6 thunderbird. Looking for feedback/comments on this application.....Will the wiring harness require modifications? Can i get by with the rear-end as is, or will upgrades be required. I believe I will have to go with the thunderbird flywheel. Help!
