Question What size slicks - 12-11-03, 07:52 PM

I was going to run 26x10.50x15 ET streets on the stock 10 holes. I have a 92 5.0 and I'm not sure what will fit. The car is in the process of gettin the suspension done. Eibach drags with lakewood shocks and struts. The springs are going to be cut to give it about a 1 1/2 drop. Just wondering what some of you guys are using and if my setup sounds good. thanks!

the stock 10 holes are only 15x7 and the MT slicks you are talking about are 10 wide so I think they are way too wide for the wheels but if it is possible let me know cause I have some 10 holes sitting around and would love to use slicks.

Also, nice suspension set up. I just bought the eibach drag coils and hope to add lakewood shocks and struts too. I am also looking at picking up some X2C lower and upper control arms.

F.Y.I. I run 275/50/15 BFG drag radials on stock 10 holes and they hook really good with 1.7 60 foot times the norm

26x10.5 et streets if you read the spec sheet on the tire the tread is only like 8.5 inches, so they will fit on a 10 hole rim with no problems. be carefull not to cut too much of the springs, dont want tire rub when you launch.

why cut the springs when you can buy lower springs for like 200$? No offense but that's what all the ricers do around here to their hondas.
