I noticed the other day that the screen inserts on the bumpers are rusting! Anyone ever have this problem and is it going to get worse. How to stop the rust?
I think it’s a common problem. My front screens are looking little “weathered”. I plan to strip the original paint, do some light sanding and then hit them with some quality lacquer. Who knows what type of paint Saleen uses.
A better long-term option would be to go to a metal supply house and scrounge for some remnants of perforated stainless and then paint it.
