Ported and Polished Heads w/ 1.90 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves
Comp cams 1.6 roller rocker arms, comp cams dual valve springs and Manley guide plates. Hardened push rods.
C-4 with a B&M megashifter, 67 valve body. 9" w/3:89s and a spool.

Yep, we were dead even on the top end after he got a good run off the corner. The late models big brakes got me going into the corner so I waved him by.

Anyone that says an early model can't hang with a late model just ain't got it together.
