How much did it cost people to turbo their cars... im debating on doing it i have a 109,000 miles on my car. I dont know if it is worth turbo charging my friend says do it and im about to. I need to know where to get parts and all that and what exactly would i need. Please help...
your better off getting a whole motor and wire harness from a merkur or turbocoupe. search you local junkyards for them, your will find one, these cars are always at yards, or check you local auto trader the will sell for cheap most of the time, any where from 100-500 is a good deal for a whole car thats not running. what i did was found a turbo motor from a merkur and rebuilt the motor then put it in my car, every thig runs good. only thing thats not new is the turbo, but it still works.
