[89 Saleen#455]

I bought my 1989 Saleen #455 (Shadow Blue with Silver Graphics) back in September of 1999 with 38K miles from the person who I believe was the second owner (Robert Remelius). Right now the car has 41K miles and has only seen weekend duty over the last 4 years. How can I get my name added to the Saleen Registry as the current owner. I assuming that Robert Remelius is still listed as the current owner??? I don't own the registry so I can't confirm who is listed as the owner. With the new Saleen book coming out in April (which will include the updated registry), I'm wondering if I can get my name added as the current owner. In advance, I thank you for your help. Rich A.

I don't know if you can get your name in the new book but you can call Saleen and ask for Liz;she should be able to help you out.

How does Saleen keep track of the current owners of the cars? or do they even bother? I have been the owner of my car for almost a year.

I emailed Liz at Saleen and asked her what I need to do to be listed as the current owner of the car.She let me know what she needed and I emailed that info back to her.I hope I'm listed in the new book but don't know for sure.I'll have to wait till I get my book.

If you purchase the vehicle new, are you automatically registered? If not what can I do to get it done?
