You're forgetting Iraq. I am jealous of the state of Iraq because the feds give them more time, money, and resources than any other state, but they don't have to pay taxes, they get to have fully automatic AK-47's, and on top of that, gas cost what we pay for water, and they don't have to keep the cats on their H pipes.
