Cheap paint in ventura county??? -

Does anyone know if the Maaco in Ventura or the Earl S. in Oxnard do decent piant jobs? I know that 1 day in Oxnard is crappy because my dad took his truck there and they sanded his windows and got paint all over his seats. I'm looking for a $300-500 paint job for my 90 GT convertible. I'm not looking for a show quality job, but I don't want a really bad one either. I've heard that some of these places (individually, not the chain itself) can be good and some not.
