im in the air force and possibly moving to tucson or phoenix soon....how strict are the emissions laws? look at my signature and tell me if you think ill pass. i have all my emissions crap intstalled but do you think my FMS B303 cam will give me any problems passing?

as long as you have all the smog equipment, you should pass with some tuning..

You've got cats, so it should pass OK. They're not too strict on the visual (because they don't know what they're looking at...the employees are there only because they don't want to flip burgers).
