not trying to knock mustangrfast88 but 91gt gone lx, take a look around and try to guess how much power you are going to be putting through your car. if you are keeping it basically stock then that setup above is pretty decent. i did my whole swap with a 93 gt t-5, new spec 2 clutch, firewall adjuster, nice shifter, and everything other part i needed for about $900ish. i bought every single part i needed separately but its nice to have most parts all together right in front of you. you will still need a handful of parts if you buy the above combo....just a heads up for ya

head on over to www.midwestfords.org ....i think a few people are sellin an already built t-5 and i wouldnt be surprised if you could find at least 1/2 your parts there that you need. it took me about 3 weeks to get every part i needed and i found some sweetass deals so keep your eye out and ill make sure i pay attention too just to help a fellow stanger out. btw, what are you final plans for the car for your car??

well it started out as a 91 gt but i had a little incident with a deer last fall and in the process of putting it back together i picked up some lx parts to see if i liked it and i did so it is now a 91 lx in the end i know it sounds impossible but i want to make the car as worthy as possible in both drags and the road course so i am trying to find the best compromise in parts and setup because the two types of racing require totally differant setups and i would like to accomplish all of this and still keep it street as well as show worthy i want to pass 10-11 sec range with out ditching all the interior so any suggestions from u guys would be appreciated ....... i know i am askin alot arent i

alright...so in the meantime you are just lookin for something to use as a manual cause i doubt a stock t-5 is gonna go into the 11's without breaking into 10000 pieces. id go something along the lines of a spec 2 (maybe even 3 if it fits your application better) clutch, a nice pro5.0 or steeda tri-ax shifter, new flywheel and pretty much everything else can be used. hell, even the shifter doesnt need to be new. do a search in the 5.0 section in general for what parts exactly.

i know ive posted all the parts needed a few times and so have many others and thats just in the 94-95 section (pretty much the same type of swap) so take a few min and search over there and i think you will find everything you need then start searching and asking for parts on www.thecorral.com , here , www.midwestfords.org and www.cponygo.com
