I've got a 2001 GT with about the same modes as you. I installed 3.73's and I really like them. I think the 4.10's would have been to tall for daly driven. You defenatly will be doing alot more shifting as you spend alot less time in each gear. I do a little more freeway driving but now I can see 90 at 3000 in fith as it used to be 120 with the 3.27's. I can bark them into second and third if needed as well so the torque is there. My vote is for the 3.73's. The shop I used was Proformance in Santee CA. they were great and charged me $275. I gave them the ring and pinion and all new bearings, and they installed everything. Definatly get the hardware on Ebay, it will save you a fortune. Good luck.

we have 4.10 gears in our 01 saleen and for the most part it is a daily driver. my mom drives it to and from work every day. it's been to the track a couple times. but we don't take it anymore because we need to do some more stuff to get it to hook up. no problems at all, my mom enjoys driving it every day. i'm gonna be getting 4.10s in my 03 gt soon.

I have 4.10's and at 90 MPH I tack 3000 RPM'S. 4.10's are the way to go if you do not do lots of freeway driving. And even then just go 70 MPH on the freeway.
