What other uses is there for a Tweecer than "beefing" up an aode. - 02-09-06, 01:27 PM

I'm asking cause I want to do the swap in about 2 weeks and will be purchasing the tweecer soon. I really want the tweecer to make my damn aode work properly, but if I'm going to swap it out, then what's the use. I'll also be switching over to an a9l setup which has waaaayyyyyy less restrictions. So what else can a tweecer do for my car?

Hey Nacho

If you are gonna use the Tweecer, then the older Fox A9L is not needed.

Besides, it won't work correctly with your pcm controlled aode trans.

The Tweecer will work with your auto and later on ... the stick trans.

The Tweecer is pretty good for a couple more things than working with auto trans stuff

1) drivability issues
2) max power

But won't I need another pcm if I do the swap?

no you should be able to just load a auto or man. tune over your stock one for whatever trans setup you have.
