PMS users, i have a simple question - 03-16-06, 02:12 PM

OK, i've read that the pms has the ability to store 3 programs, but how do you switch between them?

Also, can you revert back to the factory tune? Like on the tweecer you just twist the knob to off. Is there something like that for the pms? Just unplug it?

Thanks, Will

Yes, the PMS has the ability to store 3 programs. When the vehicle is first started and you try to make changes with the PMS it will ask you which program you would like to edit (1,2,3). You have to pick one in order to proceed. As for the stock tune, it would be easier just to unplug the unit. If you asking about toning the car down so valet parkers, etc. don't beat on your car simply change the RPM limit to 2-3000rpm. My valet program is number 3. Program 3 only has one change, 2000 rpm limit. My Program 2 is empty. Program 1 is my current tune.

Car has been sold.

Thats the answer I was looking for, thanks. I just wanted to make sure I could revert back to the factory tune in case i screwed up big time, lol. Hopefully I'll be picking a PMS up soon, so i can start tuning. Thanks for the help, Will
