Tweecer RT but no wideband O2= bad? - 03-22-06, 10:35 PM

Is it bad that I dont have wideband O2s. I just spent all my $$$ on the tweecer RT and my funds are limited for widebands.

Basically is it bad to not have the a/f ratio?

Matt

Sooner or Later, you're gonna want a wb

I'd not worry about it now since you talk about being tight on funds.

Since you are a noob at self tuning, I'd tell you to focus on your CL tune anyway. You can use the K's to see if you are fat or lean.

As for tuning for more wot power

Without a wb, you won't be able to effectively work with fuel tables, high end of the maf curve, and such to setup your final af ratio.

You can work with the spark tables which will pick up the power a good bit
