I have a set of used Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads (Part#: 60229) featuring 1.90” intake valves and 1.60” exhaust valves for small block Fords. Heads have been milled 0.030” by Central Florida Machine and Speed for (approximately) 55cc combustion chambers (standard 61cc). 1.90” intake valves perfect for stock pistons and will slightly raise compression for great Naturally-Aspirated power gains while staying on pump gas (2.02” optional valves require notched pistons for valve clearance). Springs have been upgraded (from FlowtechInduction.com) to accomodate extra lift for more aggressive camshafts (previously run with 0.556"/0.563" with 1.6 ratio). Heads come with "head bolt bushings" so that they may be installed with stock diameter head bolts. They have been on my motor for about 5,000 miles and made great power with a slightly modified setup. Have to sell because of switch to 331ci motor and in need of larger heads.
With SRP Flat Top forged piston (Part#: 138733), Ed Curtis Camshaft (specs available), 1.6 ratio Comp Pro Magnum Roller Rockers, Edelbrock Performer RPM upper and lower intake, and MAC 1 ¾” long tube headers, car made 322 hp to the wheels. Compression ratio slightly bumped to approx. 10.1 to 1 and 93 pump gas always run with no problems. Projected compression can be calculated easily online at
