superflows are pretty much just knock off vic jr heads. I wouldnt go cheap on the cylinder heads. Those heads have been proven to be good heads but after you go through the trouble of cleaning up all the "quality" issues, you will have as much invested as you would just go ahead and buying a set of vic jrs/afrs/tfs heads. My advice is to look around for a used set of proven, brand name heads! (look at my sig)

Those head are fine. The valve spring are the only thing that i would worry about. My buddy has ran two set of these head there 195 on a stock 302 and the 210 on his 347 both made very good power. They could you a little work but not much.

one word: aluminum - 05-17-07, 11:16 AM

I would STRESS to use aluminum. I have a setup issue somewhere in my 331 w/ Windsor Jr. heads and the iron retains heat to the point where there is no leaway in setup.... KNOCK KNOCK. (i also have 10:1 comp.)
